Question Deadline :05/13/2025 All questions regarding this bid must be submitted via email to Michelle Ramey, Chief Deputy Purchasing Agent at michelle.ramey@sullivancountytn.gov no later than May 13, 2025, by the end of business day. All questions will be answered in an addendum which will be issued on May 15, 2025. Funding for this bid is being provided by Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program which is federal funds administered by the United States Department of Energy's Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP). By submission of a signed submittal, the submitter certifies total compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit. No submitted bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of the receipt of submittals. Sullivan County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities in bidding and to readvertise. The contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with a renewal option on an annual basis in one (1) year increments providing all terms, conditions and cost are acceptable to both parties. The County reserves the right to re-bid at the end of any contract period. The County may cancel any contract for cause, or non-appropriation of funds, following written notification of intent.
