As of April 7, 2026, the project is in the early design phase. An architect and a construction manager have been selected. A timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This project will construct a replacement campus for TCAT Nashville: Robertson County to include site development, utilities, parking, and landscaping. This facility will provide technical training programs to better support the northern region of TCAT Nashville's service region and will help meet local and regional employment demand in key areas. Six academic programs will be served, each with a full-time enrollment of 36. Anticipated programs include Computer Information Technology, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, Welding Technology, Medical Office Assistant, and Residential/Commercial/Industrial Electricity. The new building(s) will include high bay labs, classrooms, flexible training space, computer labs, student space, offices and support spaces.
