Tulsa Public Schools ("TPS", the "District") wishes to establish multiple local sources for electrical services at various sites; as needed. The period of performance for services received subject to this solicitation and any resulting contract shall be from award through June 30, 2026, to include, at the option of TPS, three (3) additional annual renewal periods for: 1st renewal July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 2nd renewal July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028 3rd renewal July 1, 2028 to June 30, 2029 Email any technical issue and specification questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal to the Purchasing Department at RFP@tulsaschools.org by 4:00 p.m. on May 25, 2025 Include a return email and phone number and specifically reference the section of the RFP in question. All questions must be submitted in writing. Questions and answers will be distributed to all suppliers solicited in order to avoid any unfair advantage.
