Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Briefly the work involves the reconstruction of approximately 1,500 square yards within a parking lot with PENNDOT #2A Stone Subbase, Superpave Warm Mix Asphalt Base Course and Wearing Course, miscellaneous related paving work and all as provided for within the contract documents and bid form. BID SECURITY in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required by the successful bidder for each contract.
