New construction of a multi-residential development in Highland, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.

Project scope includes but is not limited to multiple new, single story wood structure housing buildings (type 5-B) and a Substance Use Disorder Facility (Type 5-A). This bid is for award of the structure and exterior skin trades for new construction. Current drawing package set is the 65% CD package (Package 2) for the new building construction. Scopes included in this bid package are Rebar, Cast in place Concrete, Steel, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing, Flashing & Sheet Metal, Doors, Glass & Glazing, Windows, Drywall, Plaster, Awnings & Canopies.
