**As of August 13th, 2025, the project was awarded to Alom Builders, LLC, with an awarded amount of $30,000.00.** FIRE STATION BATHROOM REMODEL DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS, REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION & EXCEPTIONS: June 19, 2025 BY 2:00 PM ET CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits and transportation necessary for the remodeling of bathrooms at Fire Station 74. A. Install 3 new doors/frames. B. Construct 2 walls to divide shower areas. C. Relocate electrical and install new light switches. D. Relocate plumbing (hot & cold) for showers. E. Install ceramic tiles to the ceiling in all shower areas that match existing tile. F. Grout to match existing. G. Install thresholds to retain water from the showers. H. Install grab bars per ADA specifications.
