Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Long Beach, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 27,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 07th, 2025.** This project provides for five schedules of work: Schedule A1 includes work associated with installation of approximately 2,280 linear feet of new 12-inch diameter PVC water main on K Place from 42nd Place to 51st Street for the replacement of existing 2-inch steel and 6-inch AC water main. The remaining schedules of work include work on Ocean Beach Boulevard. Schedule A2 includes work associated with installation of approximately 1,240 linear feet of new 12-inch diameter PVC water main from Pioneer Road to 26th Street NW for the replacement of existing 6-inch PVC water main. Schedule B includes work associated with installation of approximately 810 linear feet of new 8-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer from 22nd Street NW to 25th Street NW. Schedule C includes work associated with installation of approximately 1,370 linear feet of 24-inch diameter and approximately 140 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CPEP stormwater pipe from Pioneer Road to 26th Street NW. Schedule D includes reconstruction of Ocean Beach Boulevard from Pioneer Road to 26th Street NW, including cement treated base, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving, pavement markings and other related work items. The Work shall be substantially complete within 120 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Long Beach, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Long Beach and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by City of Long Beach, Washington and the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board. The City of Long Beach expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
