Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Western Reserve Revitalization and Management Company, Inc. (WRRMC) shall receive proposals for General Contractor Services relating to the Lakeview Tower Moderate Rehabilitation Project. Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the instructions outlined and will be evaluated by WRRMC as stated in the evaluation factors for award in the RFP/Q. WRRMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and waive any informality in the proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of WRRMC. Prospective Respondents are invited to submit written questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFP/Q. The questions and requests for clarification must be in writing and received by Western Reserve's Purchasing Contract Administrator before the date and time listed in Section 3.3. Oral questions shall not be permitted. If the questions or requests for clarification pertain to a specific section of the RFP/Q, the page and section number(s) must be referenced. Shall, to the fullest extent feasible, achieve the MBE participation goal of twenty percent (20%), and the FBE participation goal of ten percent (10%).
