Question Acceptance Deadline May 30, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Reference Number 0000294106 The intent of this study is to conduct a holistic review of all roofing systems including membranes . The Investigation shall outline conditions of all roofing levels (Good, Fair, Poor, Emergency repairs required). Intrusive testing to be included if required. All roof drains Thermal imaging to be included in investigation. Study to identify remaining useful life and options for replacement with estimated costs. An options analysis to include energy efficiency of selected roofing materials to provide improved insulation (R) values and reduce heat gain from sun load. It will tend to items such as insulation, moisture/vapour protection, drainage, flashing, exterior sealants, skylights, equipment curbs and sleepers. Roof membranes are to be 2-ply, fully adhered membranes, and loose-laid and single-ply roof membranes must not be used. All parapet walls on the roof are to be inspected to ensure that any damage is identified during design and corrective work carried out as required. Roof drains are to be inspected and deficiencies noted. The consultant shall provide an energy efficiency analysis for various roofing replacement options.
