The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for Ontario Street Parking Garage - Traffic Membrane Replacement. Scope of work includes: Installation of hoarding. Installation of ventilation and exhaust system. Removal and disposal of existing mastic waterproofing system. Localized removal and disposal of existing thin traffic deck coating waterproofing system. Localized repair of corrosion-related concrete delamination. Reconstruction of drainage trench. Localized removal and replacement of existing floor drains and piping. Painting. Replacement of carborundum strips on stair treads.
