Reference Number 0000297653 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/21 04:00:00 PM EDT Brock University intends to pre-qualify construction services providers for the period 2025 to 2028, which is a three-year period for projects approved within the Capital Program as well as other projects initiated by others within the University. The project scale will be from $750,000.00 to $50,000,000.00 in fees and related disbursements, not including HST. The successful service providers may be utilized by Brock University, at Brock University management discretion, as needed. Staff may utilize the pre-qualified list to issue a second stage Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Tender (ITT), or Request for Proposals (RFP) as provided for in the Brock University Procurement Policy. Brock University intends to pre-qualify construction services providers for the period 2025 to 2028, which is a three-year period for projects approved within the Capital Program as well as other projects initiated by others within the University. The project scale will be from $750,000.00 to $50,000,000.00 in fees and related disbursements, not including HST. Responses will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in Part 2 of the RFSQ. Based on the evaluation of responses, up to eight (8) of the highest ranked respondents will be selected for inclusion on a prequalified supplier list of suppliers that are eligible to participate in an invitational second-stage competitive process for the potential provision of the Deliverables to Brock University. The term of the prequalified supplier list is to be for a period of 3 years. The terms and conditions found in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) will govern the potential subsequent provision of the Deliverables pursuant to invitational second-stage competitive processes.
