Reference number: 20072124 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-02 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-PHILIBERT is requesting tenders for the repair of a culvert on Route Saint-Charles, including various drainage work. Tender forms and documents outlining the conditions to be met or known are available on the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (SEAO). Bids will be opened at the same location, immediately after the bid closing time. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or those with a place of business in Ontario will be considered, all in accordance with the Quebec-Ontario Public Procurement Liberation Agreement and holding, where applicable, the licence required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c.B-11). The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received. It declines all responsibility towards any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected, and reserves the right to cut out certain parts of the contract. The Municipality will not be subject to any proceedings or claims for costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of such decisions.
