Reference number: 20120145 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-16 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 6 Description The Municipality of Saint-Côme-Linière and Loignon Champ-Carr Inc. wish to receive tenders for the repair and extension of drinking water, sewerage and road infrastructure on 5th Street and along Route 173 and on lot 6 550 948. The work includes, but is not limited to: - 5e rue sector o Repair of drinking water, sewer and road infrastructure over +-205 m; o Driving a steel sleeve and inserting a pipe over +- 55 m - Route 173 sector o Extension of a drinking water pipe along Route 173 over +- 115 m; o Extension of a sanitary sewer along Route 173 over +- 75 m; o Directional drilling for sewer and water pipes over +- 105 m. - Residential development sector on lot 6 550 948 o Extension of a drinking water pipe, sewers and roads over +- 825m; o Directional drilling for sewer and water pipes over +- 110m; o Installation of culverts; o Construction of a permanent retention basin. Delivery schedule The contractor must commence work as soon as they receive authorization from the project owner. The contractor must carry out the work without interruption and with diligence, and provide a sufficient number of teams to ensure that all work is completed within nineteen (19) weeks. The contractor may not claim any additional time due to adverse weather conditions. Please note that this project requires a road permit from the Quebec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD). Please note that this project requires a certificate of authorization from the MELCCFP, which is currently in progress. No work may be carried out until this has been obtained. The culverts must be installed between 15 June and 15 September. In order to meet the deadline, the contractor must provide at least two (2) pipe installation teams. In addition, the work must be completed in its entirety before 1 September 2026.
