This mandate involves deploying the professional and technical resources needed to develop a municipal biosolids recovery strategy, as well as carrying out work related to recovery projects and municipal biosolids loading and transport operations. More specifically, and without limitation, the activities to be carried out are as follows: Develop a municipal biosolids recovery strategy; Obtain required project notices or authorizations from the Ministry of the Environment; Coordinate all loading, transport and delivery work; Implement field monitoring; Edit the required reports. The mandate must be completed by 31 October 2025 at the latest.
