Reference number: 20064923 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-01 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 4 Through this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Iles is requesting bids for conventional camera televised inspection (CCTV), cleaning and description of anomalies in the form of a report, for sewer pipes and manholes located within the City's territory (including the outlying areas of Moisie and Gallix) in order to update its intervention plan. The main work covered by this call for tenders includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Preparation of a work plan and detailed schedule; - Maintaining traffic flow and signage; - Locating sewer manholes; - Blocking, pumping or diverting wastewater (if necessary); - Cleaning of sewer pipes and manholes, including disposal of sludge and cleaning waste; - Conventional camera televised inspection of sewer pipes and manholes; - Supply of inspection reports as specified in this call for tenders. The work will be carried out inside the sewer pipes and manholes of the various sections selected in advance by the City and making up the sanitary and storm sewer networks within the City of Sept-Iles. Only bidders with expertise and certification in the inspection of sewer pipes and manholes, in accordance with the provisions of the special and technical clauses of this call for tenders and the applicable regulatory requirements, are eligible to submit a bid. This license must be held by the Tenderer for the duration of the contract if it becomes the successful tenderer. The bidder must provide, upon request by the City, all documents necessary to demonstrate the qualifications and experience of the personnel assigned to the contract. Bids submitted by a consortium will not be accepted by the City. The work must be completed, i.e. have been accepted by the City for the final report, by 30 September 2025 at the latest.
