Reference number: 20158277 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-07-23 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 Description 1.1 PURPOSE OF THE TENDER The City of Sept-Iles requires professional services for the preparation of plans and specifications, as well as residential supervision of the repair work on part of the wastewater backwater network to aerated B1 ponds. 1.2 LOCATION OF THE WORK COVERED BY THE MANDATE The proposed works are located on the wastewater backflow network, between the SP-3 (801 Arnaud Avenue), SP-10 (intersection of Pere-Divet Street with De Quen Avenue) and the B1 aerated ponds (250 Laure Boulevard Est) pumping stations. 1.8 PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Only bidders with expertise in engineering and more specifically in the design of wastewater discharge systems are eligible to submit an offer, all in accordance with the provisions of the specific and technical clauses of the call for tenders and the applicable regulatory requirements. The engineering firm is responsible for forming a multidisciplinary team, that is to say, to select and hire the required firms in the different specialties as well as any other service provider required for the fulfillment of the mandate. The bidder must provide, at the request of the City, all necessary documents to demonstrate the qualification and experience of the personnel assigned to the mandate.
