Reference number: 20061592 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 60 Preventive Maintenance for Blowers and Air Boosters With this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Iles is requesting bids for preventive and predictive maintenance on the air booster systems of the aerated ponds in the downtown area and surrounding areas (Clarke, Gallix), as well as on the blowers at the drinking water treatment plant and the leachate treatment plant. Preventive maintenance will include, but is not limited to, replacement of pulleys, belts, filters, oil, alignment and upgrades. Predictive maintenance includes vibration analysis. The contract will be awarded on the basis of one of the following options: - Option 1: 3-year contract; - Option 2: 5-year contract. 1.2 Location of work B-1: Sept-Iles Aerated Ponds, 1 km from the eastern entrance to the city of Sept-Iles; B-2: 400 Pointe-Noire Road, 20 km west of the city centre; B-3: 601 Rue de l'Eglise, Clarke Sector; B-4: Intersection of Rue Marguerite and Rue Montigny, Gallix sector; Water plant: 5000 Decoste Street, Vigneault Industrial Park in the Ferland sector; Leachate Plant: 750, chemin du Lac-Daigle at LET With this call for tenders, the City is requesting bids for preventive and predictive maintenance on the air booster systems of the aerated lagoons in the downtown area and on the outskirts (Clarke, Gallix), as well as on the blowers at the drinking water treatment plant and those at the leachate treatment plant. The contract includes, but is not limited to, preventive maintenance tasks such as aligning, levelling, tightening bolts, changing pulleys and belts, oil changes and filter changes. The contract also includes vibration analysis (data collection and reporting). Maintenance visits will be carried out every two years, with one visit at the start of winter and another at the start of summer. However, occasional work may be required in the event of unforeseen circumstances between visits. These visits will be paid for according to the amount agreed between the City and the successful bidder.
