Renovation of a municipal facility in Shingleton, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of July 29, 2025, bid received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The work includes the interior remodeling of the second floor kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms used as living quarters for DNR seasonal staff. Plaster repair, painting, floor and wall tile, kitchen and bath cabinetry, lighting, new kitchen and bath exhaust fans, and plumbing work are included. Hazardous material abatement of floor tile and pipe insulation is also included. ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
