**As of July 09,2025, the project was awarded to Gallagher Asphalt Corporation, with an awarded amount of 540,941.30.** The project consists of hot-in-place recycling of existing pavement, appurtenances, and miscellaneous related items. This project shall be coordinated to be performed simultaneously with a separate project, "HMA Milling, Overlay, and Resurfacing" of the same roadways. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractors to coordinate their work on the other concurrent project. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Joel Spriegel at joel.spriegel@spicergroup.com and Katie Beamish at kathryn.beamish@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
