This project consists of chip seal and fog seal work along 4.5 miles of streets throughout the City of Norton Shores. -Chip seal and Fog seal -A pavement preservation project for various roads within the City of Norton Shores Bid(5.0%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Certified Check Question Deadline 06/27/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Joel Spriegel at joel.spriegel@spicergroup.com and Katie Beamish at kathryn.beamish@spicergroup.com. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Work will be substantially complete on or before Monday, September 15, 2025; final completion- Friday, October 3, 2025.
