Renovation of a fire / police facility in Norton Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,872-square-foot fire / police facility.
The City of Norton Shores, Michigan is seeking sealed bids for the removal and installation of carpet at Norton Shores Fire Station #3 . (1100 E. Pontaluna Rd. Norton Shores, MI 49441) All carpeted areas within the fire station (approximately 1,872 square feet) are to be stripped of current carpet product and installed with a JJ-Kinetix Allowance carpet tile or approved equal as determined by City Staff. The color will be selected by the City upon a meeting with the Contractor following the bid award. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to make partial awards in the best interest of the City.
