Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norton Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
***As of March 14,2019 project has been awarded with the amount of 579,954.30. Project should be completed either spring or summer of 2019. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Phase 1: 900 ft. of 8' wide Non-Motorized Path 227 ft. of 10' wide Boardwalk Phase 2: 1,542 ft. of 8' wide Non-Motorized Path 318 ft. of 10' wide Boardwalk Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from local funds. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Spring Lake Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of 45 days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed by October 1, 2019. Prein&Newhof Plan Room members who want to purchase the hard copy of the drawings only, may do so for $22.50 dollars. A $15 dollar charge will be added to all mailed drawings and/or specifications. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not refunded.
