Leaf/Yard Waste Collection Program and Brush, Stump, and Log Grinding Commencing February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2029. The proposal or other bidding forms shall not be removed from the bound copy of the Bid Documents. The copy of Bid Documents, proposal and agreement filled in with each bid shall be complete and shall include all addenda. Only one copy of the bid form is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such bidder properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the agreement. The Owner further reserves the right to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Owner. The Owner further reserves the right to delete items as deemed necessary. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and to accept the bid, which appears in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to utilize total cost analysis to determine low bid.
