A. The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, material and construction equipment and perform all the work required to expose the specified utilities to allow material verification by Engineer, backfill said utilities, and restore the surface as specified. Contractor shall be responsible for the entire work until completed and accepted by the Owner. B. The Owner will obtain easements and rights-of-way needed for construction, as shown on the plans. Additional temporary easements beyond what is shown shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
