The work under this Contract includes construction of approximately 260 linear feet of 12" water main including service relays, and water construction staking; sanitary spot repairs, 292 linear feet of 15" storm sewer construction, including storm sewer lateral reconnections, inlet leads, storm sewer inlets, 548 cubic yards of excavation, 643 linear feet of curb and gutter, 119 cubic yards of 1 1/4 " crushed aggregate base course, 179 cubic yards of breaker run, 195 tons of HMA pavement, and 964 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction; construction staking, and restoration. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 3, 2025 purpose and issued to the specific bidder by the Director of Public Works together a bid bond equal to at least five (5) but not more than ten (10) percent of the bid payable to the City of Green Bay as a guarantee that if his/her bid is accepted, he/she will execute and file the contract and a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Only the Proposal Pages, Surety Bond, Affidavit of Compliance, Disclosure of Ownership and any Addenda issued shall be submitted. Only Proposals submitted by firms appearing on the City of Green Bay list of plan holders will be opened. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute such contract and performance bond, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages.
