The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this Transportation Alternative Project (TAP), which proposes a scenic, waterfront trail within a municipal park in Laurel, Sussex County. 8'to 10' ADA accessible pathway and other sidewalks replaces and improves what is present. Other public access improvements at either end of the project limits are included. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. DBE GOAL: 10% COMPLETION TIME: All work on this contract must be complete within 140 Calendar Days.
