Any request received after this deadline will not be considered. It is agreed that any information given or communicated by an officer or employee of the City may not be used to interpret the call for tenders documents or to supplement them. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the documents required when submitting a bid, each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond issued in favour of the "Ville de Saint-Charles-Borromee" in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Only a bid bond issued by an insurer holding an insurer's licence issued by the Autorite des marches financiers and authorizing it to practice the activity of guarantee within the meaning of the Act respecting insurance will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders documents. This bond must guarantee the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour, Materials and Services Payment Bond, each for a value of seventy-five percent (75%) of the contract. This bond must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the tender opening date.
