Upgrades and repairs to the City road and sewer infrastructure. The scope of work provides for the development of an active corridor and integration of a sewer infrastructure pipeline and includes the construction of an off-road multi-use trail on Marie-Curie Street, from its intersection with Boulevard des Mésanges to the entrance to the wooded area behind the Centre hospitalier De Lanaudière (CHDL) and of a sanitary sewer discharge pipe associated with the Carré Saint-Charles residential project. TIMELINE: Consulting engineer has been awarded. Project will be next updated if/when approved to tender.
