Description

Renovation of a power facility in Whale Cove, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.

The project objective is to successfully install pad mounted transformers for each feeder replacing the old existing 3 x 167 kVA platform mounted transformers. Either the transformers should be capable of providing power to both feeders in Whale Cove should one fail (two transformer configuration) Also, the substation structure will be upgraded up to standard specifications.
