Site work for a power facility in Whale Cove, Nunavut. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.

The project objective is to successfully install pad mounted transformers for each feeder replacing the aging existing 3 x 167 kVA platform mounted transformers. Either of the transformers should be capable of providing power to both feeders in Whale Cove should one fail (dual-transformer configuration). Also, the substation structure will be upgraded up to standard specifications.
