Martin County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and licensed Contractors to provide general construction services for water and wastewater treatment facilities on an as-needed, work order basis. This solicitation is intended to establish a list of pre-qualified Contractors to be utilized as project needs arise. The Term of the Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years provided both parties are in agreement and there are no changes to the terms and conditions. The County shall reserve the right to terminate the Contract in accordance with the provisions under the Terms & Conditions herein. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional 1-year terms, at the Countys sole discretion, for a total maximum term of five (5) years. Selection Committee Meeting (Evaluation of Submittals) / Recommendation of Award July 1, 2025 Payment & Performance Bonds shall be required for all Work Orders $200,000 Question Deadline 06/09/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for Questions/Inquiries (emailed to: pur_div@martin.fl.us) The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids when (i) such rejection is in the interest of the County; (ii) such bid is void per se; or (iii) the bid contains any irregularities, provided, however, that the County reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities and to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid determined by the County.
