The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work related to replacing existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with new LED lighting fixtures, throughout the first floor of the Kalaeloa Readiness Center, B29. The Base scope shall include replacing approximately 345 lighting fixtures. The Add. Alt. #1, Add. Alt. #2, and Add. Alt. #3 scopes shall include replacing approximately 40, 38, and 54 lighting fixtures, respectively. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the existing fixtures, controls, and accessories NOT a part of this Scope of Work, remain functional and operational throughout the entire duration of this project. If any of these become inoperative, then it is the Contractors' responsibility to furnish and replace all components. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring proper and legal disposal of all existing lighting fixtures, lamps, lighting controls, lighting accessories, wiring, and all other electrical components accumulated throughout the duration of this project. Re-wiring of the new LED fixtures, lighting controls, and lighting accessories may NOT be required. The Contractor is responsible for field verification of the locations of all lighting fixtures, control switches, dimming control panels, sensors, and emergency batteries to be demolished and replaced, with the Owner, prior to the start of work.
