Bratenahl Road Resurfacing Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, or in lieu of such certified check, a bid bond drawn on a reputable surety, listed on the most current edition of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, which check or bond shall be made payable to the Village of Bratenahl, Ohio, as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and a surety bond satisfactory to said Village in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid will be furnished. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and conditional bids will not be considered under any circumstances.
