As of July 15, 2025 Project has been awarded to Shepke for $14,000 Roscommon Village is seeking bids for removal and replacement of a cement sidewalk spanning 315 feet in length, 4 feet in width. The project aims to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility within the village. Project 1B. Overview: Roscommon Village is seeking bids for 6-foot section on 4th street across from 5 Buds, no removal necessary. Project 1C. Overview: 16 feet of removal and replacement of sidewalk on Sheley Street, also an 18' x 9' foot driveway pad, no removal necessary. Project 2A. Overview: 150' & 120' feet of New sidewalk on Sheley Street from 5th to Main Street, (East Side of the road) Project 2B. Overview: 4 X 8-foot pad at our 1st Street/Brooks Street pump house. o Excavation & Construction of a 250-foot-long sidewalk o Sidewalk width: 4 feet o Compliance with local building codes and regulations o Installation of necessary infrastructure including ADA requirements o Quality assurance to ensure durability and longevity. o Minimum of 4" in thickness.
