Reference Number 0000388252 The University of Wyoming is requesting bids from suppliers for the purchase of Rittal Closed Loop (LCP) Cooling Units and matching cabinets, per the specifications provided herein. Any equipment purchased as a result of this IFB shall be delivered to the following address and unloaded by the supplier onto the loading dock located at: 16 & Gibbon, Laramie, WY 82071 between the hours of 9am - 3pm MT and coordinated with the UW Information Technology Department in advance. The University will provide physical placement of purchased equipment and will connect equipment to existing electrical within the building. Rittal Corporation will provide startup services as specified. Questions received after the date/time and/or not submitted electronically through the online may not be addressed. Note: Every question must be submitted individually. Multiple questions per entry may not be answered. The University of Wyoming reserves the right to accept or reject a bid on any or all items, to waive any irregularities or informalities and to award the contract in the best interest of the University.
