Concrete Replacement 1265 N 3rd Street in Laramie, Wyoming Project 009-21 Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, bonding requirements, and Davis Bacon wage rate regulations set forth in the specifications which must be paid on this project. Special attention shall be drawn to the provisions of Minority Business and Women owned enterprise, according to the conditions stated in HUD Form 5369A. A 5% bid bond must be included if the proposal is equal to or greater than $25,000.00. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-104, Wyoming materials and products of equal quality and desirability shall have preference over materials or products produced outside the State. Note: Due to regulations governing the federal financial assistance involved in this project, preference for resident Wyoming laborers, workmen and mechanics under W.S. 16-6-104 and W.S. 16-6-203 does not apply. Cheyenne Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The bid shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Cheyenne Housing Authority.
