Albany County is seeking qualification statements and cost proposals from qualified solar design and installation firms or teams of professionals, licensed in Wyoming, for the design development and installation of a 25kW ground mounted solar array with 40 kWh battery storage system at Albany County Search and Rescue, 2921 County Shop Road, Laramie, Wyoming. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Albany, Wyoming ("County"), are seeking qualified solar design and installation firms or teams of professionals, licensed in Wyoming, to bid the design development and installation of a 25kW ground mounted solar array with 40 kWh battery storage system at Albany County Search and Rescue pursuant to the Memo of Understanding - 2025 Blue Sky Funding Award, which is attached as Exhibit A, and the County's underlying application, which is attached as Exhibit B, and including all necessary engineering, electrical, permits, purchase, and installation equipment, and assisting the County with reimbursement grant paperwork, management, and submittal of associated documents ("the Project"). On behalf of participating Blue Sky customers, Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) a division of PacifiCorp and subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company will provide up to $78,084 to help support the installation of a renewable energy project at 2921 County Shop Rd, Laramie, Wyoming upon completion of the project installation and award recipient requirements having been met.
