Estimate $264,000.00 The Project includes the following Work: The project requires the relocation and installation of a 300KW Caterpillar generator to GBRA's Seguin Office. This will encompass all necessary construction and electrical activities to ensure the generator is fully operational. Construction tasks include, but not limited to, preparing the generator's foundation, constructing a masonry wall, manufacturing and installing a new transfer switch, implementing equipment lighting, and establishing a test well with grounding rods. Furthermore, a new duct bank and conduit will be installed, running from the generator site to the main panel and office building. An overview of the electrical work will include but not limited to, retrofitting the main panel, connecting the generator, installing all required feeders and grounding, and permanently disconnecting the existing 60 KW generator. Engineer anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $264,000. The Project has an expected duration of 185 calendar days to substantial completion and an additional 30 calendar days for final completion.
