Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Hunterdon County acts as Lead Agency in a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with three (3) registered members mentioned in the bid specifications. Under this system, the County of Hunterdon solicits competitive bids for certain items purchased by registered members. This is a Cooperative Pricing System as defined and regulated by N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.1 et seq.
