Gazebo Pillar Lighting: o Total of 8 structural pillars. o Each pillar shall have: o Interior and exterior color-changing LED lights. o All lights must be programmable to allow for independent or grouped color changes. o RGBW or equivalent color spectrum preferred. 2. Stage Area Lighting: o Install one color-changing downlight mounted in the ceiling/roof directly above the stage. o Must be capable of highlighting musicians and performers. o Adjustable angle or beam spread preferred. o Dimmable with scene selection and holiday color options. 3. Deck/Railing Lighting: o Install 11 low-profile deck lights on railing posts around the gazebo. o Purpose: to illuminate walkways and steps. o Warm white or fixed color as needed for visibility. o Low-glare, weatherproof housing required. 4. Step Lighting: o Step lighting for the front steps of the gazebo. o Glare-controlled, recessed or shielded fixtures. o Consistent with safety lighting standards. o Must integrate with existing or new handrails if applicable. 5. Parking Lot Lighting: o Install two high-output downlights: (possibly installed in trees) o One fixture to illuminate the general parking lot area. o One fixture for the walkway area connecting to the gazebo to the parking lot. o Lighting should be positioned to avoid excessive spill and glare. 6. Transformers and Controls: o Color Lighting Transformer: o Controls all color-changing fixtures (pillars and stage). o Must support: Wi-Fi connectivity. Dimming control. Scene selection. Holiday-specific automatic programming (calendar-based). o Compatible with mobile app or browser-based interface preferred. Preferably a multiuser option. o Separate Transformer for Parking Lot Lights: o Dedicated for white-light fixtures (parking lot and walkway). o Standard dimming capability. 7. Wiring and Power Requirements: o All wiring must be: o Low voltage o Weatherproof and concealed o Installed to meet all applicable electrical and safety codes. Additional Requirements: o All equipment must be suitable for permanent outdoor installation. o Fixtures and controls must be rated for New Jersey weather conditions (temperature, moisture, UV). o Submit detailed product specifications for approval before procurement. o Provide 1-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties for all installed components. o Include optional annual maintenance plan pricing. o Contractor responsible for all permitting and inspections if applicable Quote Submission Requirements: o Detailed line-item breakdown of labor and materials. o Estimated timeline for installation. o List of similar municipal or commercial projects completed within the past 3 years.
