The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Atlantic County Justice Facility Concrete Removal and Replacement Project consists of repairs to the interior courtyard of the facilities. The scope of work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of concrete, concrete grinding, and repainting of a basketball court. Access to the recreation yard, for material and equipment transfer, will be by contractor supplied crane necessary for contractor to complete project. Access to the yard is limited due to security concerns and doorway openings. Contractor is responsible for the removal of all unused material, equipment, trash, debris off premises and restoration. Contractor will supply a generator for power including fuel and a porta-potty for the duration of the project. Both are to be located in the recreation yard work area. All tools, equipment, extra fuel and any other storable items are to be secured in a locked storage/gang box at the end of each workday. The work performed under this contract will include all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary to complete the project. Removal of all debris, clean-up and restoration.
