The cost range for the Project is: $100,000.00-$250,000.00. The Work of this Project is located at the Central Sanitation Facility Complex, Building A, Maxwell Frye Road, Millersville, MD 21108. B. The Site of this Work is a public office building which serves public customers. 1. The Work of this Contract shall not impede daily operations of the facility. 2. Contractor shall arrange his operations so as not to interfere with the Owner's normal activities. 3. Mechanical and electrical work shall be performed in such sequence that interruptions of service will be of the shortest duration possible. 4. Refer to Section 011000 "Summary" for requirements for interruptions of utility services. 5. Noise, Vibration, Dust, and Odors: Coordinate operations that may result in high levels of noise and vibration, dust, odors, or other disruption to Owner occupancy with Owner. a. NotifyOwner not less than two days in advance of proposed disruptive operations. b. Obtain Owner's written permission before proceeding with disruptive operations. 1.6 WORK WEEK AND HOURS OF WORK A. All work, unless noted otherwise, shall be accomplished during the days and hours of work as follows: 1. Days of the Week: Monday through Friday. 2. Work inside Building in areas which may interrupt customer and workers: 4:30 PM - 7:30 AM (subject to Owner approval). 3. Work in Mechanical Rooms or on Roof: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. 4. Work inside Building which will not interrupt customers and workers: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. 5. Weekend Work: Saturdays and Sundays,, subject to Owner approval. B. Work shall commence upon dates set forth at the Pre-Construction Conference. Once work has commenced, it shall be accomplished in a continuous manner. C. Contractor may arrange, subject to Owner's approval, to gain access to the Building at times other than those specified. Contractor shall notify the Owner's Representative at least 48 hours prior to performing work at times other than those specified. All costs incurred by the Owner as a result of work during these times shall be the responsibility of the Contractor
