The Work includes the following major items: Replacing the frame, cover, and adjustment of approximately 380 sewer manholes, plus replacing just the sewer manhole covers on an additional 320 sewer manholes. This is a Task Order contract with a base contract of 5 years, with the option of 5 1-year renewals at the discretion ofthe County. The quantities shown on the Proposal are for 1 year. This project includes all work incidental to the removal and replacement of the manhole frames and covers, including painting frames and covers, installing witness posts, and parging as set forth in the contract documents. This contract will rehabilitate sewer manhole frames and covers located in Pasadena and Sevema Park in Anne Arundel County. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the rehabilitation of sewer manhole frames and covers. The base year will contain location in Pasadena and Sevema Park. Subsequent renewals, if approved, will contain locations in other parts of Anne Arundel County The cost range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
