A timeline of award has been established and will be two weeks from now ** "LINCOLN PARK IMPROVEMENTS" - The project will be a single lump sum bid and shall include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading, earthwork, concrete walk with unit paver walkways, gazebo with concrete foundations, water feature, utilities, signage, and planting . General site demolition, earthwork, utility installation, brick paver walkways, water feature, gazebo, plantings and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Project Location: 51 South 2nd Street, Zionsville, IN 46077 Alternate No. 1: Concrete decorative band and four (4) benches. a) Base Bid: Metal landscaping edge along area between lawn and plant bed. Refer to Sheet LA200 for locations. b) Alternate: In lieu of the metal landscaping edging, install concrete containment band and four (4) benches Alternate No. 2: Catenary light system a) Base Bid: Remove, clean, paint, and reset four (4) existing pedestrian light poles. Refer to Sheet LA200/U100 for new locations. b) Alternate: Salvage and deliver four (4) existing light poles to owner. Install new catenary light system including poles, foundations, electric, lighting and associated accessories. Bids May Be Held for a Period Not Exceeding Sixty (60) Days From the Date of the Opening of the Bids for Purpose of Awarding the Contract.
