Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect Question Deadline 05/02/2025 If a Bidder finds discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Contract Documents, or if he is in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once notify the Engineer in writing. Such notification must be made at least seven (7) consecutive calendar days prior to the bid date. Neither the Sponsor nor the Engineer will accept telephone callsregarding questions about the Contract Documents. All inquiries must be in writing. All interpretations of the Contract Documents will be issued via addenda to all bidders The questions should be delivered to Nick Kowalkowski, Woolpert, Inc., at the Pre-Bid Conference, or emailed to nick.kowalkowski@woolpert.com.
