The Works include improvements to the City’s Frances–Union Cycling Corridor along the following roadways: Union St – Boundary Rd to Ingleton Ave.; Ingleton Ave – Union St to Frances St.; Frances St – Ingleton Ave to Holdom Ave.; Hammarskjold Dr – Dead end to Kensington Ave.; Union St – Kensington Ave to Duthie Ave. Works include but are not limited to the installation of new speed cushions, signage, and pavement markings, as well as the removal of existing speed humps, signage, and eradication of existing pavement markings.
