Site work for a mixed-use development in Montrose, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Montrose invites tenders for infrastructure renewal on the 500 Block of 11th Avenue. The project generally includes the following work (approx. quantities): Construction of ~220m of 200mm diameter PVC watermain and 14 water services; Construction of ~190m of 200mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer and 15 sanitary sewer services; Construction of ~250m of 200mm - 375mm diameter drainage pipe; Installation of 7 manholes and 9 catchbasins; Construction of ~190m of concrete curb and gutter; Surface restoration including road and driveway reconstruction and paving (~2,800 square metres), swale and boulevard grading, and grass restoration.
