The contractor is fully responsible for maintaining the swimming pools at Barksdale Air Force Base, providing all personnel, equipment, tools, chemicals, supervision, and services necessary to ensure the proper upkeep of both the main swimming pool (approximately 272,000 gallons) and the children's wading pool (approximately 6,000 gallons), located outdoors at Building 2935 at 335 Daedalus Ave, #301, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operational in accordance with all applicable regulations and the statement of work (SOW). A Site Visit will be conducted on Thursday 14 August 2025, at 10:00 AM CST, RSVP via email no later than Tuesday 12 August 2025, close of business with the following email addresses: Contracting Officer: Thomas Hutchins, thomas.hutchins.2@us.af.mil Contracting Specialist: Delores.harris.2@us.af.mil Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Monday, 18 August 2025. Answers will be posted on or around 4:00 PM CST on Thursday, 21 August 2025.
