The Township of Madawaska Valley's Water Tower is located at 20 Mahon Street in Barry's Bay, Ontario. This is a historic structure that served the Village of Barry's Bay and surrounding area since its construction early 1900. The Water Tower is no longer in use to store water for the railway system, however the historic value remains and the structure requires remedial work for longevity and to allow future generations to enjoy The Township is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide repair/replacement design of all identified structural deficient members, foundation, including and all non structural related to Heritage Value. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
