Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Davie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Davie, Florida invites qualified bidders to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stated herein, for ITB# RS-25-35 SW 30 Street Roadway Improvement Project. The scope of work includes widening SW 30th Street between University Drive and College Avenue to accommodate a combination of shared and designated bike lanes, constructing new ADA compliant sidewalks, modifying and constructing new drainage facilities. The scope will also includes milling, resurfacing, reconstruction and road widening, pavement markings and signage, tree mitigation, fire hydrant relocations, irrigation repairs, and swale and sod restoration. The estimated budget for this project is $2,800,000. Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. The selection of the successful bidder(s) shall be at the Town's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all ITB responses. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make awards in the best interest of the Town. Any contract, as a result of this ITB, will be submitted to Town Administrator for considerations and may be submitted to the Town Council for their approval. The Contract award, if any, shall be made to the Bidder whose bid shall be deemed by the Town to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town's decision to make the award and which bid is in the best interest of the Town shall be final. The contractor will have 300 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), by the Town, to obtain all necessary building permits, construction, and pass the required permit final inspections. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids prior to award. Reasonable efforts will be made to either award the contract or reject all Bids within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the proposal opening date.
